The hotel was pretty clean and everything appeared new and remodeled, providing a comfortable environment during my visit to Midland. I had the pleasure of interacting with Tomi at the front desk, who was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Stephanie's warm welcome during breakfast made us feel like we were dining in a high-end restaurant, elevating our morning routine. the efficient rooms with a large HDTV and free WiFi catered to our needs, making our downtime comfortable and enjoyable. Although there was a slight hiccup with the reservation process, the 24-hour front desk staff handled the situation professionally. Overall, Tru By Hilton Midland proved to be a welcoming and convenient choice for travelers looking for a mix of comfort and modern amenities in the heart of Midland.
